Group is proud to announce that the company has designed and certified a “Visual Awareness System”
(VAS) to provide enhanced safety of the passengers and aircraft.
The design incorporates
the latest technology and features expected from an airborne video surveillance
system.
 The VAS is
designed specifically for airborne application, from the DZUS mounted LCD
display, ceiling mounted infrared cameras, rack mounted digital video recorder
and LAN integrated Network Video Unit.
The VAS can operate as a stand-alone
system, requiring only aircraft power or it can be expanded with our Digital Video Processor
Unit to record those critical moments of flight or interface with any
Electronic Flight Bag, providing EFB’s a video surveillance solution.
 The system can be
configured to monitor the cabin or cargo compartment and the system can be
integrated with other systems.
ASG has designed,
manufactured, installed and certified the VAS system to gain a FAA STC, PMA, European EASA,
UK DDP and RTCA/DO-160D approvals.
